The new silastic prosthesis for late reconstruction of FDP rupture and using of FDS graft is present. The case report is history of treatment of tendons rupture in “no land’s man“ in 27 years men. The rupture of FDS and FDP of index finger in January of 2002 was occured. Sutures of skin and FDP were done in emergency room. Two weeks after operation sutures of tendon failed. In June 2002 new operation was done. Destroying fragments of FDS and FDP were removed. Special silastic prosthesis in “no land’s men” region was implanted. The loop of FDS and FDP to prosthesis were anchoraged. After 3 month in September 2002 prosthesis was removed and tenotomy of FDS in wrist region was done. FDS in the palm and in new sheaths in “ no land’s men” and by finger nail was inserted. After two months tenolysis was performed. In examination in November 2002 the exellent result was observed.Near full range of active and passive motion of index finger was presented.
