Introduction: Injury associated with burns of the body is accompanied to a peoples since the beginning. Rehabilitation of burns is closely linked with the stages of the burs disease and formation of the scars. Moreover, there’s no clear way of proceeding with the determination of concrete treatments in the field of physiotherapy and kinesitherapy. Assumption and goal: The goal of the work is evaluation of rehabilitation knee-joint burns in patients located in the Burn Treatment Center. Material and methods: The material was 43 men (61 knee-joints) aged 18 to 61 years old with thermal injury III0, IIB0, hospitalized in the Burn Treatment Center in Siemianowice Slaskie. Each patient was checked in medical and physiotherapy examination. Rehabilitation was programmed in based on assessment of range of motion, moving ratio, degree of burns, burned area and the Barthel scale. Besides the treatments of kinesitherapy also was used physiotherapy. Results: After rehabilitation was observed significant improvement in range of knee motion. Parameters such as age, treatments of physiotherapy had no significant effect on range of motion.
