Differential diagnostic imaging of the forefoot

The modern image diagnostics allows detailed evaluation of all forefoot structures. The most important factor in selection of a proper diagnostic method is localization and a character of patient’s complaints. It enables both to choose a proper diagnostic method and, due to accurate anatomical and pathological knowledge, to take into consideration the disorders, which are the most common at the certain localization. The aim of the study is to describe the differential diagnosis of pathological disorders of forefoot with reference to certain parts of described anatomical region.
